Order Processing & Shipping Costs

We handle each order with care, ensuring timely processing and shipment.

Processing Time:
Please allow 2–5 business days for order review, quality checks, and packaging.

High-Demand Periods:
During holidays or special promotions, processing time may extend up to 6 business days.

Shipping Fee:
A flat $6.99 shipping fee applies to all orders, no matter the location.


Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your region and the fulfillment center used. These are estimated times:

  • United States: 8–14 business days

  • Canada / UK / Australia: 10–16 business days

  • Other Locations: 14–21 business days

Note: Delivery may be affected by high-volume seasons or customs processing.


Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

  • Tracking Updates: It may take 1–3 business days for tracking to update.

  • Delayed Updates: A delay doesn’t mean your order is lost—it’s on its way.


International Shipments & Customs

For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

  • Customs Fees: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • Customs Delays: Delays caused by customs processing are out of our control.

  • Fee Estimate: Fees are generally low for small items, but regulations vary by country.


Changes or Cancellations

To ensure fast processing, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. Send your request to service@kivaroe.com.

  • Orders in processing cannot be modified or canceled.


Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is damaged or lost, we’ll help you resolve the issue.

Damaged Items:
Send us a photo of the damaged item within 72 hours of delivery, and we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Lost in Transit:
If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we’ll ship a replacement free of charge.
